Craig was born January 13, 1974 to Craig and Katherine Rogers in Seattle, Washington and was the first of three children. He passed away Saturday, August 7, 2021. Craig is survived by his parents, Craig and Katherine; brother, Adam; sister, Lindsey; children, Tyler Rogers and Tiara Rogers; granddaughter, Emberlee Rogers; and loving partner, Michelle Brenner. Craig was raised in Port Orchard and graduated from South Kitsap High School. In his younger years, Craig was adventurous, enjoying the outdoors, camping, fishing, riding dirt bikes and playing basketball and soccer. He always had a building project and enjoyed unicycles, skateboards, and snowboarding. Craig had a passion for music that he shared with Tyler and Tiara and left them with great memories of singing and dancing. He had the biggest heart and was always remembered for his big hugs with an, "I love you." Craig was kindhearted and had a generous and loving spirit. Craig and his partner for over seven years, Michelle, lived in Gig Harbor and Craig worked as a heavy equipment operator. Craig was someone who would make friend wherever he went and enjoyed visiting local restaurants. Michelle's greatest pleasure was cooking for Craig and Craig's greatest pleasure was eating her cooking. Craig's Memorial Service was held August 16, 2021 and was attended by many lifelong friends and family and he will be dearly missed by all. Your family's love you'll always hold. We will never let a day go by without sweet thoughts of you. Rest in peace. In recognition of his life, please consider honoring Craig by donating to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Our Dearest Craig, it can't be so The time has come to let you go. That impish grin and heart of gold Your family's love you'll always hold. Your parents and your children Soulmates, brother and sister too. Will never let a day go by Without sweet thoughts of you. All earthly struggles have gone away No fears, no tears remain. Please hold our place in heaven Until we meet again. There is no pain like losing a son, Soulmate, brother or dad. Oh God, please ease our aching hearts So we won't live so sad. We know you are in heaven now With family gone before. We're asking God to let them hold Your hand at heaven's door. It won't be long I pray and pray We'll join together, one fine day. Love, Mom.
