In Loving Memory of Carl T. White
January 6, 1955 – October 20, 2025
Carl T. White, 70, passed away on October 20, 2025. He is survived by his daughter, Carletta Clark, her husband Chris, and grandson Christian T. Clark, all of Indiana.
Born in Long Beach, California, Carl was a serial entrepreneur and visionary. At age 11, he joined a gifted program at Cal State Long Beach, sparking a lifelong love of learning. A graduate of Long Beach Polytechnic High School (1973), he later served in the U.S. Air Force.
Carl pursued business ventures across industries—from real estate and insurance to radio and fashion. He was known for his strategic mind, curiosity, and deep belief in legacy. One of his favorite symbols was the black dragon, representing strength, intelligence, and vision.
He loved Long Beach and often credited its streetwise mentors for shaping him. He will be remembered for his creativity, his guidance, and his signature sign-off: “Don’t forget the Cocoa Puffs.”
Preceded in death by parents Thomas and Vivian White and sister Valerie White. Survived by sisters Pastor Terry White and Nadine Stark (George), both of Anaheim, CA.
