Crystal passed into the Universe on February 21, 2025. She was unique. Fiercely independent and private, she was proud of earning her degree as an adult, buying/selling real estate and of the life she made for herself.
In earlier days, she was so committed to her family and nurtured qualities of independence, creativity, hard work, responsibility and always doing-your-best. She loved her Cats, her cars, gardening, beautiful flowers, fine art, the beach and producing special events & galas. She didn’t travel much but cherished trips to Hawaii and the Oregon Coast. She would quip she had “Princess taste on a Paupers budget” --- to her last day she could stretch a dollar in incomprehensible ways. Crystal remained dedicated to faith and seeking her truth. Crystal found peace and fulfillment with her work through the Church and helping others through their Grief Support workshops.
When she cared about someone, Crystal was very devoted and a protective advocate. She loved sunshine and bright colors like hot pink and purple. Her beautiful lipstick was always pink.
Crystal is survived by one daughter, Brothers Darwin (Dee Dee) and Clifford (Butch), Cousins Nancy, Sue and Salli. May her spirit fly free as Crystal rests in peace with family and her cats now at Sunset Lane Cemetary, Port Orchard.
If you remember a small anecdote about Crystal, please consider adding to this story so all might remember her with a smile.
