Dale honorably served his country as a 1st Class Radioman in the United States Navy, a role he carried with steadfast dedication and pride. His service reflected his commitment to duty, discipline, and country.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary Higley, with whom he shared a deep and lasting bond. Together they built a family grounded in love, laughter, and togetherness. Dale is survived by his three sons, who will forever cherish his guidance and steady presence in their lives.

Throughout his life, Dale worked hard to provide for his family, showing by example the value of perseverance, responsibility, and kindness.
