Jannelle L. (Epperson) Wiley was born 13 Sept. 1950 in Bremerton, Washington. Jannelle passed 15 May 2021. Jannelle attended West High in Bremerton. She was proud of her high school friends and active with their reunion committee. She was part of a Bunko group that was much more than a game but rather a support group. She was part of SKGSA Softball for many years and made wonderful lasting friendships. She was very active in the Pythian Temple earning the rank of Grand Chief Pythian Sisters of Washington State. Most of all she loved her family- natural and extended. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother James Epperson. She is survived by her husband James Wiley, son Jeff Harris, daughter Jolene Cecil, step sister Karen Kelley Foster of Colorado, step brother Patrick Kelley of California and Michael Kelley of Colorado.
