Jolene Renee Wilson, loving wife, devoted mother, cherished friend and a beloved salon owner passed away on May 10, 2025, in Silverdale, Washington, at the age of 43. Born on October 25, 1981, in Bremerton, Washington, Jolene blossomed into a remarkable individual whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many.

From an early age, Jolene demonstrated an unwavering commitment to her passions. She was a proud graduate of South Kitsap High School, class of 2000 and furthered her education at Olympic College in 2002 before mastering her craft at the Salon Professional Academy in 2009. In 2010, she actualized her dream by opening Studio 5-7-2-3 Salon, a space where she not only showcased her talents but also built a community of loyal clients who became friends.

A woman of profound faith, Jolene was known for her kindness, unwavering support, and generosity. She embodied the qualities of a loving wife to her husband, Bob Wilson, and a devoted mother to her daughters: Talia, Brooklynn and Aurora. Additionally, she lovingly embraced her role as a stepmother to Madison Cooper. Jolene’s family was her pride and joy, and she created countless memories with them, including the joyous occasion of doing hair, makeup, and the flowers for Talia's wedding in 2024.

Jolene's circle of family extended to her dear mother, Kelley Poole; father, Joseph Poole; and grandmothers, Faye Henden and Linda Torgersen, as well as her siblings Erin Harvey, Christopher (Kip) Poole, Jeffrey Poole, Jim Poole and their respective spouses and partners. These family ties were vital to her, and she often found solace and joy in their shared moments, whether it was traveling to Hawaii with loved ones, camping at Lake Tahuya, or simply enjoying fun activities with her family.

Beyond her professional achievements and familial devotion, Jolene had a passion for life that radiated through her hobbies. She treasured every opportunity to travel with her family, indulge in literature, and assess the differences between books and their film adaptations. Her adventurous spirit found her at dog parks with her sheepdog Selah and enjoying the enchantment of Broadway shows and movie theaters.

Jolene’s life, however, was not without its trials. In December 2022, she was diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer, a battle she fought with tenacity and courage for 2.5 years. Even as she faced her most challenging days, her resolute spirit shone through. Until the very end, she yearned to continue her fight, embodying the strength and determination that defined her character.

Jolene is preceded in death by her beloved grandfather, David Henden; her great-grandmother, Celeste Reynolds; and her aunt, Elizabeth Henden. Her absence is felt deeply by those she leaves behind, but Jolene's legacy of love, faith, and unyielding support lives on in the hearts of her surviving family and friends.

As we mourn the loss of Jolene Renee Wilson, we celebrate the beautiful life she led and the incredible impact she made. May we carry forward her example of strength, compassion, and joy as we cherish the memories shared with this remarkable woman.

Please continue to pray for Jolene’s loved ones and friends as she was a devoted sister in Christ.
