Kayla Lee Smith born October 11, 1998 to Richard & Elizabeth Smith of Bremerton, died shortly after birth at the Naval Hospital in Bremerton.She is survived by her parents; brothers Jeffrey and Nathan Perry and sister Kimberly Perry; Grandparents Judy Lynn Smith of Arkansas and Gary & Charlene Smith of Alabama.Services will be Monday, October 19, 1998 at 1:00 PM at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard. Interment will be at Sunset Lane Cemetery in Port Orchard following the service.
