Tig was born on a troop ship near the Bremerton Shipyard. His father was in the Navy, so Tig lived all over. Tig spent 36 years in the Army. Tig was a true artist who made pottery.
He was preceded in death by his son Nick and his parents.
His hobbies were working with leather, quilting, jewelry making and quilling. Tig was a freemason. In masonry he was a father figure and mentored several young men.
He is survived by his wife.
