Merle Cecotti

Merle A. Cecotti, 65 of Port Orchard died at his home on January 31, 1999.  He was born August 31, 1933 in Mt. Vernon, Washington to Anthony & Alta (Lee) Cecotti.  He married Loralie Hesse on October 12, 1956 in Bremerton.  Mr. Cecotti served in the U. S. Marines from 1950 to 1954 and was a decorated Korean War Veteran.  He worked as a Maintenance Supervisor with the Clover Park School District in Tacoma for 12 years retiring in 1986.Survivors include his wife; sons Nick Cecotti of Mt. Vernon, WA, Mark Cecotti of Caldwell, Idaho, Wes Cecotti of Sachse, Texas; son-in-law Kurt Uhl of Port Orchard; and 13 grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by daughter Kelli Uhl, granddaughter Melissa Uhl, and grandson Michael Cecotti.
