Michele D. Lamey, 48, of Southworth, Washington, died April 13, 2001, at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Bremerton, Washington, of breast cancer. She was born December 24, 1952, in Seattle to Kenneth and Lillian (Rutz) Moore. Michele graduated from Hazen High School in Renton, Washington, in 1971, and married Malcolm Lamey on May 22, 1979, in Seattle.Michele worked as a retail clerk in the family grocery stores before becoming a horticulturist in the Southworth, Washington, area where she enjoyed gardening, flowers, and growing herbs.She is survived by her mother Lillian Moore, of Port Orchard; daughters Sara and Andrea Lamey, of Southworth; brothers Paul Moore, of Federal Way, WA, and Ken Moore, of Eastern Washington; sisters Sharon Timme, of Renton, WA, and Linda Eisenhower, of Everett, WA; and her ''soul mate'' Malcolm Lamey, of Southworth.Visitation will be held at Rill Chapel in Port Orchard on Tuesday, April 17, through Thursday April 19, from 9AM to 5PM. A gathering of family and friends will be held at Gardenscapes in Southworth on May 5, 2001, at 4PM.
