Pamela “Pam” was born in Bremerton Washington, November 22, 1955 to Bessie and Douglas Simmons.
She grew up in Port Orchard and graduated from South Kitsap High School.
She met Ransie Hall in July of 1975 and went on to marry him in November of 1975. They have 3 children: Ransie (III), Tim, and Thom, who she spent her time raising.
Pam was always adventurous, like showing up to family and friends work in a fairy costume to sing happy birthday or racing people in the Datsun 510 station wagon.
She is survived by her husband Ransie Hall Jr and her three children: Ransie Hall III, Timothy Hall and Thomas Hall. She was a proud grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, all of whom she loved to talk about.
Pam is also survived by her siblings: Doug Simmons and Brenda Hoisington with 10 nephews and 1 niece.
Pam was known to love family gatherings, playing solitaire, and word games, which she was really good at. With a great personality and snappy retorts, she always had a way of making friends with people everywhere she went. She loved to cook, bake and make homemade candies to share with everyone. She also loved to travel to see lighthouses, the Oregon Coast and Portland.
Her funeral service will be held that the LDS Hoover building (2648 Hoover Ave., Port Orchard WA) on Saturday, October 18 at 1 pm, with a reception to follow at 2 pm.
