Salvacion Bodigon Raymundo, affectionately known as Vilma, left this world on November 18, 2025, in the comfort of her home. Born on June 7, 1958, in Guinobatan, Albay, Philippines, Salvacion’s journey through life was defined by her unwavering love for family and an infectious spirit that brought joy to all who had the privilege to know her.
A woman of remarkable thoughtfulness and generosity, she was the very embodiment of support and warmth. Salvacion carried with her a big smile that became her signature, illuminating the lives of her beloved children, grandchildren, and all those fortunate enough to cross her path. Family time and gatherings were the shining corners of her existence; they were the heartbeats that fueled her soul, as she tirelessly devoted herself to ensuring those around her felt cherished and remembered.
Salvacion took immense pride in her children and grandchildren, celebrating their accomplishments with a heart brimming with joy. She created a legacy of love that will continue to inspire generations to come. Her thoughtful nature extended beyond celebratory moments; she was known for the thoughtful gifts she shared, each one a token of her affection, meticulously chosen with the recipient in mind.
In her early years, she found great delight in dancing, socializing, and simply enjoying life to its fullest alongside friends. These joyful memories remained etched in her spirit long after the music had faded. Later in life, newfound friendships blossomed, including her cherished moments playing Bingo with close companion Nanay Eniang, filling her days with laughter and camaraderie.
Salvacion is survived by her loving children: Sheryl Ricafrente and her husband Edwin Israel, Roger Philip Raymundo and his wife Jane, Julee Pearl Raymundo, John Paul Raymundo and his wife Roan, Princess Jewel Raymundo, and Ray Vincent Raymundo. She embraced her role as a grandmother to numerous grandchildren—Sherise Ellaine, Erawn Sean, Raleigh, Arabella, Lee Ann, Cristelle, Dawson, AJ, and Yesha—who brought her immeasurable joy and pride, forever etching their names in her heart.
Her sister, Anita Bodigon, stood by her side through the years, sharing laughter and love. Future familial bonds await in her cherished son-in-law August Susbilla and future daughter-in-law Alaine Dela Vega.
As we gather to honor Salvacion’s life, we invite all who knew her to pay their respects during a visitation at Rill Chapel's Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard, WA, on December 20, 2025, from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM.
Salvacion Bodigon Raymundo's legacy of love, thoughtfulness, and vibrant joy will live on in the hearts of those she cherished, a timeless melody resonating in family gatherings, a reminder that the bond of love transcends even the boundaries of life.
