Shirley Mae Stanton

Shirley Mae Stanton, 80, of Port Orchard, died March 16, 2015 at St Joseph’s Hospital in Tacoma. Shirley was born March 28, 1934 in Bay City, Michigan to Irving & Anna Earll. In 1951 she married William Stanton in Esty, Michigan. Shirley was a homemaker who enjoyed camping, gardening, arts & crafts and raising her six children. She was also a member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church. She is survived by a daughter – Cindy Petersen, sons – Gary (Bonnie), William Jr. (Nancy), Greg (Brenda), Brad Stanton, two sisters – Dorothy Kopka & Sandy Wehr and several grand & great grandchildren. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband – William, a daughter – Jan, two son-in-laws - Jim & Floyd and a daughter-in-law – Christine.
Services will be 11am on Friday, March 20th at St. Gabriel Catholic Church.
