Velma Maurine Dayton, Age: 92, resident of Port Orchard, died at Harrison Hospital in Bremerton on December 16, 2001.Velma was born in Kansas City, Missouri on October 28, 1909 to Frank and Mattie(Dawson)McKenzie.She dedicated her life to being an Artist.She is survived by a daughter, Patricia Mulhausen of Tigard, Oregon; and two grandchildren.No services are planned at this time. Inurnment will be at Sunset Lane Cemetery in Port Orchard, Washington.All arrangements are under direction of Rill Chapel, Pendleton-Gilchrist Funeral Home and Crematory.
